Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years designing and delivering products in a Product Management role with growth and funnel optimization experience (Fintech preferred).
Hands-on fluency with AI tools; experience shipping AI-powered features is a plus.
Ability to navigate ambiguity with structured analysis and refine approach as you learn.
Curiosity for the AI landscape; tracking new tools and models with a tinkerer’s instinct for possible outcomes.
Strong ownership mentality: take initiative, high-quality bar, proactive execution.
Technically conversant; partner with engineers to understand AI/LLM trade-offs and write clear requirements.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for product discovery and funnel conversion for Direct Lending.
Identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience across the full funnel using AI to move faster and personalize at scale.
Champion the customer experience through empathy, research, data, and AI-assisted discovery.
Lead cross-functional partners from engineering to compliance to ship intelligent experiences for customers.
Stay current with the AI landscape and apply insights to financial products.
