Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant product/systems/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience troubleshooting multidisciplinary electromechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, specs, and docs.
• Experience leading root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong project coordination, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in manufacturing and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead as product engineering owner for assigned test-system platforms from NPI through sustaining production.
• Provide hands-on technical support during assembly, integration, configuration, calibration, test, and production release.
• Partner with design teams to define requirements, validation plans, and improve manufacturability and reliability.
• Assess manufacturing readiness by reviewing drawings, BOMs, work instructions, software configurations, and test procedures.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production constraints.
• Balance engineering work with manufacturing escalations and schedule commitments.
• Support prototype/pilot builds and transition to sustaining production.
• Use production data to drive improvements in yield, test success, cycle time, and productivity.
