Job summary

Courtyard.io, a fast-growing remote-first collectibles startup, is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to revolutionize how people discover and collect. You’ll own roadmap from idea to launch, collaborating with product, design, leadership, and data to shape what we build, and you’ll write Go services, Postgres schemas, and UI in Next.js or React Native.

At staff level you’ll shape technical strategy, contribute to engineering standards, and help move hard problems forward on a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and building large and complex systems.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred).
• Strong testing and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work independently on a remote-first team.
• Collaborates with product and design teams to build excellent user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap from idea to launch with product and design.
• Write Go services and Postgres schemas.
• Build Next.js/React Native UI and ship features.
• Track product usage and outcomes post-launch.
• Shape engineering standards and technical strategy.
