Courtyard, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Staff Software Engineer to help our fast-growing logistics and operations tooling for an expansive e-commerce platform. You will report to Head of Engineering and work closely with our CTO.

You will build, improve and maintain tools used daily by the team; anticipate challenges, launch in-flight, and scale to support hundreds of millions in volume with reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building complex software systems, preferably with logistics/fulfillment context.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Proven ability to solve problems without blocking business operations.
• Passion for building software that internal teams rely on daily.
