Develop Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to turn complex healthcare problems into simple, reliable products.

This hands-on role owns projects from discovery through launch, collaborating with Product, AI, and Operations to remove obstacles between prescription and treatment. You’ll ship across backend services, UIs, data models, integrations, and workflow infrastructure, making architectural decisions and building testing, observability, and AI fallbacks.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and ability to build, debug, and operate software across backend services, data, and user interfaces.
• You can define clear system boundaries and balance speed, reliability and maintainability as products evolve.
• You work directly with users to determine problems worth solving and define success.
• You use AI-enabled tools to boost productivity while ensuring safe, reliable shipping.
• You have led complex projects hands-on and mentor others to remove blockers.

• Turn ambiguous healthcare problems into smallest useful solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Lead a complex product initiative from discovery through launch, defining technical approach and milestones and building critical parts.
• Ship across backend services, UI, data models, integrations, and workflow infrastructure.
• Make architectural trade-offs and explain them clearly to keep the product scalable.
• Build testing, observability, safe rollouts, and AI fallbacks into the product.
• Own the technical direction and customer outcomes of major product areas.
• Shape the roadmap with customer evidence and operational data.
• Build AI-native tools and processes to help the team work with agents at all stages.
