Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Designer for the Core Dasher team, focusing on growth and retention of Dasher supply. You’ll work across Growth and Financial Products to identify value levers, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to build scalable experiences for the U.S. and international markets.

You will report to the Head of the Core Dasher team. The role is hybrid, with 1–2 days per week in our Design Hubs in San Francisco or New York City.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing craft, systems thinking, and leadership.
• Experience shaping design strategy from concept to launch.
• Comfort prototyping in production and contributing to the codebase.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with a clear point of view and roadmap milestones.
• Prioritize work across teams and balance design quality, speed, and impact.
• Shape projects from concept through execution with high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Design solutions spanning multiple workflows and contribute reusable tools.
• Mentor peers and build relationships to influence roadmaps.
