Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is building an in-house product design practice within cross-functional teams, delivering modern experiences that transform how digital work is done for a global brand. You will own experience design from discovery to delivery, shaping what gets built and ensuring quality across live experiences that drive business growth.

Based at Coca-Cola's global headquarters in Atlanta, GA, this role supports a hybrid work model with three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of UX, product design, interaction design experience
• Portfolio showing shipped digital experiences that solved real problems and delivered business impact
• Proficiency in Figma, Figma MCP x Claude Code for design and prototyping
• Strong grounding in user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards

Responsibilities

• Lead design for a product area or journey, from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Translate user needs and business context into clear UX vision and wireframes/prototypes
• Contribute to discovery through research synthesis and rapid prototyping
• Design end-to-end experiences across digital and service touchpoints, build design systems
• Partner with engineering to ensure quality implementation and post-launch iteration
• Communicate design intent, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners
