Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is building a modern product organization with staff designers shaping strategy across a global portfolio in a hybrid Atlanta-based role. You will lead design direction, governance, and craft at scale, partnering with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will mentor designers, advance our design system, and introduce AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery while upholding rigorous design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic design and thought leadership on complex, high-impact digital products.
• Experience co-owning product strategy with PMs and engineering.
• Experience contributing to a design system and governance, including AI components.
• Strong storytelling and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Mentorship or coaching of designers to grow team capability.

Responsibilities

• Co-create product strategy with PMs and engineering partners for your areas, shaping vision and roadmap.
• Craft UX direction across multiple product areas for coherence and user-centricity.
• Navigate ambiguity and earn trust through sound judgement.
• Executive-level communication on design strategy to align stakeholders.
• Develop scalable design solutions and evolve the design system to meet global needs.
• Model craft standards and introduce AI-enabled design approaches.
• Scale expertise by building governance and systems to empower other designers.
