Qualifications

• 5–8 years of UX, product design, or interaction design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to articulate tradeoffs of tools or stages of design, including AI within the process.
• Portfolio showing shipped digital experiences with business impact.
• Strong case studies demonstrating interaction design, IA, and visual design for web/mobile.
• Proficiency in Figma and related prototyping tools (Figma MCP, Claude Code).
• Grounding in user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, empowered teams.
• Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise or ecosystem products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for a product area from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Translate user needs and business context into UX vision with flows and high-fidelity designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visuals to communicate ideas and align stakeholders.
• Contribute to discovery through research synthesis, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping.
• Partner with UXR to drive user research and testing to validate assumptions.
• Use data and qualitative insights to inform design decisions and prioritization.
• Design end-to-end experiences across digital and service touchpoints.
• Help build shared design systems and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure quality implementation post-launch.
• Communicate design intent and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners.
