Boulevard powers over 40,000 self‑care professionals and millions of clients on a unified platform. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll shape product strategy, patterns, and frameworks at a high level, guiding teams to craft experiences that feel effortless and trustworthy.

You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, evolve the design system, and explore AI enhancements with emphasis on clarity and real user value. Fully remote with monthly WFH stipend.

Qualifications

• Deep empathy for users and a strong instinct for what makes experiences feel effortless and trustworthy.
• Understanding of the full, iterative design process including research and testing.
• Ability to balance business goals with high quality UX and outcomes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and guiding teams to clarity in evolving environments.
• Open to feedback with a strong point of view and iterative mindset.
• Focus on outcomes over outputs and shipping with high quality.
• Proficiency with modern design and AI tools (Figma, Claude, Cursor).

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy in close partnership with Product and Engineering, defining success metrics and aligning with long‑term goals.
• Design end‑to‑end journeys, patterns, and frameworks for scalable, coherent experiences across Boulevard's platform.
• Translate human needs from clients, business owners, or staff into clear product experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers to guide implementation and preserve design intent in production.
• Act as a design leader, raising the quality bar and contributing to design culture and standards.
• Evolve Boulevard's design system to support growing complexity and future growth.
• Explore how Boulevard can leverage AI to enhance product experiences with trust and value.
