Job summary

Parachute Health is seeking a Staff Product Designer for its core Supplier experience team. You will own end-to-end UX for the admin workflow layer in supplier order management, focusing on how rules, states, and integrations are configured and communicated.

This ship-to-learn role demands craft and system thinking to create patterns that scale across teams. You'll collaborate with operations, sales, product, and engineering to define strategy, prototype quickly, and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Experience spanning the full design lifecycle for complex B2B products.
• Experience designing for workflow management, CRM, or data-centric tools where users configure rules and integrations.
• Ability to read API design and translate insights into UX implications.
• Proven ability to prototype rapidly to de-risk complex initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern design tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX for admin workflow setup and integrations in supplier order management; establish reusable patterns as documented systems.
• Lead discovery to define unknowns in routing, ERP integrations, and adoption success; turn discovery into repeatable practices.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and validation testing.
