Accountabilities

  • Define and lead design strategy across several product areas by addressing systemic UX challenges and establishing cohesive design patterns.
  • Partner with leadership to influence roadmaps and align user-centered design with business outcomes.
  • Execute end-to-end product design, translating complex requirements into clear specs and working closely with engineering for scalable implementation.
  • Advance the design system and mentor peers, ensuring consistency and excellence across the platform.
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional collaboration to drive clarity and elevate product quality.
  • Champion user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals to support impactful product decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing digital products, including significant work in B2B or enterprise applications.
  • Proven track record of leading complex initiatives that influenced product vision and drove measurable impact.
  • Strong systems thinking and experience building or evolving scalable design systems.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance user advocacy with business and technical priorities.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams throughout the development process.
