Responsibilities

• Own an entire product domain and take responsibility for the quality, coherence, strategy, and evolution of the consumer or organizer experience.
• Shape where the product goes by partnering with Product and leadership to identify opportunities and influence the roadmap.
• Lead zero-to-one work from ambiguity through exploration, validation, design, launch, and iteration.
• Operate as a product leader by understanding users, marketplace, business, data, and technology to improve the product.
• Maintain a high craft bar across interaction, systems, and visual design to define great product design at Posh.
• Create clarity in ambiguity and persuade teams and leadership with compelling thinking and storytelling.
