Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Staff Product Designer to help lead the evolution of design at scale within the Ads & Promos team. You’ll own end-to-end campaign experience design and shape the strategic vision for marketing tooling across global markets.

You’ll build reusable workflows, mentor peers on responsible AI, and drive measurable business outcomes through faster experimentation, higher quality execution, and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating craft excellence, systems thinking, and leadership through influence.
• Data-driven decision making and prioritization.
• Ability to work with code and LLM-powered tools, prototype in production.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with a clear point of view and synthesize insights into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead projects from concept to execution and deliver high-fidelity designs.
