Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape support experiences for customers, dashers, and merchants. You will design systems from concept to production, collaborating with engineering and product management in a hybrid New York City setup.

You will mentor teammates, contribute reusable design frameworks, and drive impact through prototypes and cross-team collaboration, blending immersive mobile workflows with internal tooling and AI-assisted design.

Qualifications

• Portfolio shows craft excellence, systems thinking, and leadership through influence.
• Comfort with code editors and LLM-powered tools, prototyping in production.
• Influence, design, and build solutions across teams and workflows.
• Able to navigate unclear problems and ship concrete artifacts, not slides.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous problems into actionable work and drive prioritization across teams.
