Job summary

You will mentor designers, map interactions across teams, and build durable patterns in the design system while focusing on accessible, cohesive experiences that improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience at scale.
• Proven leadership across multiple workflows.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.
