Job description

Overview

At Intuit, our mission is to Power Prosperity for consumers and small businesses around the world. To help us achieve this, we are seeking a Group Design Manager to lead our design team focused on our company-wide AI acceleration initiatives. In this role, you'll lead a team of designers and design technologists that will deliver both internal-facing and customer-facing experiences that are central to our AI acceleration and future products. At Intuit, we're intentionally building AI into how we design, prototype, and ship — and we're committed to equipping our teams to work at the forefront of it. We look for designers who are excited to bring AI into their workflow — using it to move faster, explore further, and save their energy for the decisions that only human judgment and creativity can make. We're looking for designers who are curious, eager to experiment, and excited to continually evolve how they work.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for adoption throughout the company, acting as a subject matter expert to designers and developers utilizing these new tools.
  • Balance long term considerations with continuously shipping, iterating, and evolving the design platform.
Qualifications

  • Practical design systems experience that shows significant contribution to an existing, enterprise-grade design system or design tools.
  • A clear understanding and point of view on how artificial intelligence will change the craft of product building.
  • Examples of design and development advocacy that led to breakthrough adoption of design system tools, processes, or artifacts.
