Job summary

Flex, a NYC-based FinTech, is seeking a Staff Product Designer (Contract) to set the design bar across its portfolio. You will define vision, drive strategy, and own end-to-end design from research to prototyping, collaborating with product, engineering, and executive leadership to shape the user experience.

You’ll apply AI tools across the design lifecycle, mentor peers, and help evolve the design system while ensuring high craft and impact on complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Seasoned professional with a track record in complex consumer products.
• Strong UX/UI design expertise with shipped work at scale.
• Ability to influence product strategy through design insight.
