• Demonstrated track record as a senior individual contributor on complex consumer products.
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design with shipped work at significant scope.
• Ability to operate at the product strategy level.
• Exceptional execution in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in modern design tooling and fluency with front-end development.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, exploration, and workflow improvement.
• Genuine interest in financial products.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate design vision for critical and complex product initiatives.
• Establish a north star for the consumer experience and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap through design work.
• Own the design process end-to-end from research and ideation to prototyping and execution.
• Maintain high craft standards across interaction patterns and the design system.
• Build detailed prototypes to illuminate product direction.
• Use AI across the design lifecycle for exploration and prototyping.
• Partner with design leadership, product, and engineering teams.
