Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Product Design experience, with 2+ years scaling enterprise-grade Design Systems.
• Experience aligning with engineering and design to achieve DS goals and best practices.
• Deep fluency in token architecture, theming, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
• Understanding of front-end constraints and ability to read code for implementation details.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma for component development.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine scalable components and patterns for consistency and efficiency.
• Contribute to the Design System end-to-end, including tokens, components, patterns, docs, and governance.
• Leverage AI-powered tool stacks to generate, iterate, and launch live prototypes.
• Accelerate design-to-code handoff and documentation to shorten feedback loops.
