LinkedIn seeks a Staff Product Designer to shape next‑gen search, content discovery, and conversational AI. You will lead end‑to‑end design across platforms, collaborating with engineering and AI researchers to deliver AI‑driven experiences.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, global usability, and responsible AI at scale. You will operate at the intersection of architecture and human‑centered design, turning ambitious AI capabilities into intuitive products for a global user base.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human‑computer interaction, or related field
• 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating leadership on complex consumer products
• Proven ability to lead design in ambiguous and technically rigorous problem spaces
• Background in interaction and visual design with typography, layout, hierarchy, and motion
• Deep UX fundamentals including information architecture and system‑level thinking
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
• Data‑informed mindset and experience presenting to senior leaders
• Experience understanding accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices

Responsabilidades

• Architect Next‑Gen Search & AI Experiences: end‑to‑end design of conversational AI and search interfaces across platforms
• Bridge Design, Science, and Deep Tech with Engineering, Product, and AI researchers
• Rapid interactive prototyping using AI‑driven workflows to simulate live model responses
• Drive vision through systems thinking, ensuring a cohesive, global product ecosystem
• Design for responsible global impact with localization, usability, safety, accessibility, and ethical AI
