You will be engaged in user interviews and usability testing to enhance emergency services performance.

This is a hybrid position based in New York, requiring presence in the office four days a week. Candidates must have at least 5 years of product design experience and a strong customer focus to succeed.

• 5+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, end-to-end product work.
• Proven ability to operate as a true partner to Product, influencing direction—not just executing tasks.
• Experience designing in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
