Job summary

Clio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team. The Judiciary team focuses on AI-enabled court workflows, ensuring transparency, security, and integrity in judicial decision making.

You will partner with product and engineering to define strategy, lead end-to-end design, and mentor other designers. The role involves shaping a long-term experience vision, strengthening patterns, and collaborating across teams to elevate design craft.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Design experience, B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments/products.
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives delivering cohesive solutions.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality work solving customer problems.
• Strong product judgment linking customer needs to strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Deep mastery of UX craft including complex interaction design and information architecture.
• Advanced customer-centric practice leading discovery and alignment across teams.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences with trust, transparency, and user control.

Responsibilities

• Define experience strategy and success metrics with product and engineering leaders.
• Build deep customer intuition and systems understanding across workflows.
• Lead end-to-end design across multi-surface journeys from framing to prototyping and execution.
• Shape a long-term experience vision and align teams through storytelling.

• Mentor and elevate other designers through critique and coaching.
• Partner with portfolio design managers to uphold quality and craft.
