Adobe Express Design team is seeking a Staff Designer to champion end-to-end user experiences that are scalable, reusable, and inclusive. You will help shape the future of storytelling with AI-driven workflows and unlock new creative possibilities for our users.

You will lead design initiatives, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers across Express and broader Adobe products to deliver cohesive experiences that move the needle and serve a diverse global audience.

Qualifications

Related degree or 7+ years of product design experience.
Strong visual and interaction design across web and mobile.
Proficiency with Figma and Cursor and attention to craft.
Track record fostering inclusive, empowering environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management.
Comfort engaging with stakeholders from ICs to executives.
Ability to bring clarity to complex challenges and ambiguity.
Strategic thinking connecting design and business goals.

Responsibilities
