Adobe Express is hiring a Sr. Product Designer to redesign how creators submit content and how it is displayed in conversational experiences.

You will influence engineering, product, data science, and leadership to champion experiences content creators need to succeed in submitting the most relevant content for end user to be inspired and empowered. Join a design-led team building agent-first workflows, search and discovery patterns, and scalable design systems using Figma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience with complex contributor systems.
• Expertise with agent-first or AI-assisted workflows in contribution and submission experiences.
• Proven ability to craft scalable, cross-product solutions.
• Deep proficiency in search and discovery, including keyword relevance and metadata strategy.
• Strong storytelling to articulate architecture to engineers and executives.
• Collaborative design leadership across research, product, data, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content submission experiences with agentic-first design.
• Design patterns for content discovery and prioritization based on user intent in conversational contexts.
• Communicate vision for search, systems, and data-driven design with diverse stakeholders.
• Lead tagging and attribution experiences linking submissions to downstream content management and display.
