Job summary

Clarify is building an AI-native CRM and seeks its second product designer to elevate end-to-end design across major product areas. You’ll shape problems with founders and engineers, prototype quickly, and stay with work until it ships.

You’ll design data-dense workflows and collaborate daily with engineers to push UI into production, leveraging AI tools where they help. The role demands shipping shipped work, strong interaction instincts, and experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Have operated at a Staff level or above, setting design direction across a product.
• Early designer at a B2B SaaS startup and shipped product, not just mocks.
• Go from problem to high-fidelity in days and iterate after launch.
• Strong interaction design instincts for complex, data-heavy tools.
• Work hand in hand with engineers and understand how designs get built.
• Use AI tools in your design workflow and have opinions about where they help.
• Portfolio shows shipped work and the thinking behind it.
• Bonus: Designed sales, CRM or developer tools.
• Bonus: Prototyping in React/Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Own design for a core product area end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped UI.
• Partner with engineers daily and get designs into production every week.
• Design data-dense workflows—records, tables, pipelines, AI agents and signals—that feel fast and obvious.
• Prototype with AI tools and code to test ideas before they hit the roadmap.
• Build patterns and components that let engineers ship consistent UI without a designer in every loop.
• Talk to customers and use what you hear to decide what to design next.
