Clarify is seeking a senior product designer to own end-to-end design for core CRM features. You’ll collaborate with founders and engineers, framing problems, prototyping rapidly, and shipping improvements that users see daily.

As the second designer, you’ll craft data-dense interfaces, work closely with engineers, and bring AI-assisted workflows to life. The role is distributed with Seattle-area office days.

Formación

• Operate at staff level, guiding design direction across a product.
• Early designer at a B2B SaaS startup with shipped product.
• Turn problems into high-fidelity designs quickly and iterate after launch.
• Strong interaction design instincts for complex, data-heavy tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and understand how designs get built.
• Use AI tools in design workflow and know where they help.
• Portfolio shows shipped work and the thinking behind it.
• Bonus: experience with sales, CRM or developer tools.
• Bonus: prototype in React/Next.js.

Responsabilidades

• Own design for a core product area end-to-end.
• Partner with engineers daily and ship designs weekly.
• Design data-dense workflows—records, tables, pipelines, AI agents and signals.
• Prototype with AI tools and code to test ideas before they hit the roadmap.
• Build the patterns and components that let engineers ship consistent UI.
• Talk to customers and use what you hear to decide what to design next.
