Job summary

You will conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate them into actionable design insights, building artifacts like personas and wireframes. You will present solutions to stakeholders and collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual design and user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research, prototyping and visual design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to design solutions for end-to-end scenarios and communicate design processes.

Responsibilities

• Support UX design processes from concept to delivery under guidance of senior UX Designers.
• Assist project teams in designing new web-based software throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze research and analytics data and translate findings into actionable design insights.
• Present design concepts to teams and stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered designs aligned with project goals.
• Refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and design reviews.
• Produce design artifacts including personas, wireframes, prototypes, and engineering-ready assets.
