Job summary

Jobtailor in San Francisco is seeking a senior product designer to lead the design of CLM features from concept to launch, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and GTM teams to define and implement new offerings.

You'll participate in UX research, iterate on designs with user feedback, and contribute to design reviews while shaping AI-enabled workflows for procurement, redlining, renewals, and obligation management.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years professional design experience in a startup or resource-restricted setting.
• Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead designer.
• Experience iterating with engineers and cross-functional teammates on visual and UX designs.
• Strong presentation, collaboration and communication skills.
• Empathetic champion for users and customers.
• Strong visual design that maintains usability.
• Understanding of web application constraints.
• Experience building with AI tools in workflows (e.g., Claude, Figma Make, Cursor).
• Ability to come into the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CLM features from concept to launch
• Partner with engineers, PM, and go-to-market stakeholders to brainstorm, define, and implement new features and offerings
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to participate in UX Research and design thoughtful solutions
• Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback
• Participate in regular design reviews with the broader design team
• Work closely with product designers across the organization to understand their teams’ needs
• Design customer-facing procurement features for the Contract Orchestration team spanning redlining, renewals, obligation management, and AI-enabled workflows
