Mixmax is seeking a Founding Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping their product and design culture. This Staff-level position involves leading design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving user-centered experiences in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, particularly in B2B contexts, and a passion for crafting innovative solutions.

As our Founding Designer, you'll play a defining role in shaping our product, design systems, and design culture while staying deeply hands-on in execution. This is a Staff-level role that combines strategic influence with exceptional craft.
AI is transforming how revenue teams work, and you'll be at the forefront crafting innovative, user-centered experiences that redefine productivity. You'll bring a first-principles mindset, strong product intuition, and a drive to create clarity out of ambiguity.
You'll lead complex design initiatives, establish foundational systems, and partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership. Beyond execution, you'll set direction, advocate for users, and help build a culture where design thrives.
