Analog Devices is seeking a Staff Process Engineer (P4) to serve as the site’s Defect Expert for manufacturing in Wilmington, MA. This role will lead defect inspection, classification, analysis, recipe optimization, and reduction strategies to improve yield, quality, throughput, and process control.
This engineer will partner cross functionally to resolve yield excursions, strengthen defect control methods, and establish best-in-class inspection practices.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
