Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Iuka, MS is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer to perform static and DaDT analyses on aircraft components.

You will develop and document structural analyses for MRB/ASIP, using FEMAP/NX Nastran tools, and lead engagements with engineering teams. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, 12+ years’ aerospace structural experience (or higher degrees with experience), and the ability to collaborate across disciplines while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with substantial aerospace structural experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles in structural analysis.
• PhD accepted with relevant aerospace background.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerospace structural analyses for primary/secondary structures.
• Support MRB/ASIP activities with documented calculations.
