Job summary

AeroVect Technologies Inc. is seeking a Staff PMT to define and own the AGSE Service strategy and roadmap, guiding autonomy, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure across multiple customers.

You will lead a team of PMTs, align stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions in a safety-critical domain. The role requires strong communication, enterprise engagement, and a track record of shipping complex products in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning multi-system, technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience shipping safety-critical, real-time systems; enterprise/customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AGSE Service product strategy and roadmap.
• Own the top-level product roadmap spanning autonomous driving capabilities, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Drive clarity on what the company is building, why, and by when to create alignment across commercial, engineering, and operations teams.
• Build the measurement foundation for continuous improvement; define KPIs across capability, performance, and reliability.
• Partner with XFN teams to develop data collection and analysis pipelines supporting development, V&V, and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical execution across a safety-critical autonomous system; decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead customer engagement and commercial execution; establish SoWs and SLAs; translate needs into prioritized investments.
