Job summary

AeroVect Technologies Inc. in the United States is hiring a Senior PMT for Fleet Operations to define the strategy, roadmap, and development for our Autonomous Ground Support Equipment fleet services. You will drive remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet monitoring tooling at scale.

You will translate airline/airport needs into clear requirements and work with UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years PMT experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building operator-facing tooling with reliability and realtime performance.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage a multi-surface product roadmap spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Synthesize feedback from airline/airport customers and operators to inform priorities.
• Decompose needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and Infrastructure to align architectures with goals.
• Track roadmap commitments, surface blockers early, and manage dependencies.
• Prioritize backlog balancing new features, tech debt, and bugs.
