Job summary

AeroVect Technologies Inc. is transforming ground handling with autonomy, delivering AGSE services to major airlines and airports. The Staff PMT will define the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements, guiding teams across safety-critical domains to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You will engage with customers to translate needs into requirements, own the product verticals, mentor PMTs, and work across systems engineering, hardware, and infrastructure to balance speed and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management owning multi-system, technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience delivering safety-critical, reliable, real-time systems.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in fast-paced environments.
• Experience engaging with enterprise or operational customers.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AGSE Service strategy and roadmap.
• Own the top-level roadmap spanning autonomous driving, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Clarify what is built, why, and by when to align commercial, engineering, and operations teams.
• Build KPIs and measurement foundation for continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data collection and analysis pipelines.
• Drive execution across a safety-critical autonomous system.
• Decompose needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in design discussions across Autonomy, Infrastructure, and Hardware.
• Balance technical feasibility with business goals through informed trade-offs.
• Work with PMT and Program Management to track commitments and dependencies.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and mentorship to PMTs.
• Communicate product vision to stakeholders including leaders, customers, eng, ops, sales, marketing.
• Lead customer engagement and commercial execution; establish SoWs and SLAs.
• Translate customer needs into prioritized product investments with data backing.
