Job summary

Thanx is seeking a Product Manager to own a platform area end to end, from customer problem to shipped product and measurable business impact. You will work with restaurant brands on a data-driven, AI-native platform, coordinating with cross-functional teams and translating customer voice into prototypes and production features.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and sales teams, shaping the product's direction, and ensuring rapid feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with shipped products.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex) and prototypes.
• Excellent written communication and evidence-driven approach.
• Based in the US or Canada; comfortable working remote.

Responsibilities

• Own a platform area end to end from discovery to outcome.
• Engage with restaurant operators weekly to gather insights.
• Turn signals into prototypes and then into shipped product.
• Direct agents and guide engineers on tradeoffs.
• Shape AI-native product and merchants' trust.
• Turn data into actionable decisions for brands.
• Improve internal tooling to speed product development.
