Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience in platform products at scale.
• Hands-on ownership of distributed systems environments.
• Experience with AI/ML developer tooling or IDE-embedded AI experiences.
• Strong cross-organizational influence without authority.
• Ability to define and operationalize measurement frameworks for complex metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define platform-wide product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Own the 3x Developer Velocity measurement framework.
• Define platform abstractions and product boundaries to prevent fragmentation.
• Ship AI-native platform experiences (MCP servers, natural language interfaces).
• Operate with a builder mindset and drive adoption across teams.
• Partner across PDX, IKS, Traffic, GBSG, Identity, AppFabric, FinTech, and BU teams.
• Serve as a product evangelist and communicate strategy at executive forums.
