Job summary

Engine seeks a Staff Program Manager to lead complex, multi‑team initiatives where the path isn’t always clear and the playbook isn’t always present. You’ll separate signal from noise, set direction, and navigate ambiguity with confidence, building your own framework within our centralized Business Operations function.

You’ll build the operating model, coach the approach, and make trade‑offs that move work forward across functions, developing tools and guidelines to improve how the broader PGM

• Resolve ambiguous situations with deep context and sound judgment.
• Develop trusted cross‑functional relationships to drive collaboration and outcomes.
• Lead AI and automation adoption across initiatives, redesign workflows to cut low‑value work.
