Randall Reilly Engineering seeks a staff-level engineer or engineering manager to own the Lead Service & Integrations platform, guiding technical direction with minimal oversight and delivering trade-offs that fit the system. You will drive architecture decisions and collaborate across product and client teams.

You’ll oversee Laravel/PHP code, ATS vendor integrations, and a web scraping infra, deploying production systems, monitoring health, and mentoring teammates to keep our client lead-gen

Formación

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in management or staff-engineering roles.
• Strong PHP/Laravel experience, with Horizon, queues, middleware, and artisan commands.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and triaging production platforms.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs, ideally HR tech or ATS.
• MySQL schema design and relational data modeling.
• Strong communication with stakeholders, clients, and teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt design principles to meet other teams' needs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Lead Service platform end-to-end, including deployments and reliability.
• Maintain ATS vendor integrations and triage integration issues.
• Oversee web scraping infrastructure and scraping workflows.
• Own the Job Feed Pipeline, ensuring proper data propagation to vendors.
• Provide triage support for lead export errors and escalations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote cross-team collaboration.
• Communicate trade-offs clearly and drive delivery.
