Tellent is seeking a platform-focused engineer to connect our ATS, HRIS, and Performance Management products. You’ll work on Elixir/Phoenix backend services, with frontend work in React or Angular across multiple codebases.

The role leans 60/40 backend/frontend in a dynamic, AI-aware environment. You’ll join Platform and Product Enablement, ship cross-product improvements, and shape how cross-product capabilities are built for thousands of organizations.

Qualificações

• Strong backend experience with Elixir/Phoenix and related tech.
• Proven frontend production experience with React or Angular.
• Able to navigate multiple codebases and domains.

Responsabilidades

• Build shared foundations and integrations across products.
• Work across frontend stacks (React/Angular) on top of backend work.
• Turn fuzzy enablement/AI ideas into concrete slices and plans.
