Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a Staff Engineer DevOps to join the Platform Engineering & Operations team as an IC. You will help build and maintain the infrastructure under Lendistry’s lending platform, focusing on cloud architecture, security posture, and developer experience in a regulated financial services environment.

As part of the team you will mentor engineers, contribute to the technical roadmap, and support Kubernetes orchestration, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines across multiple cloud accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years engineering highly available, enterprise‑grade software and platform applications.
• 2+ years platform engineering across various cloud computing models.
• 2+ years hands‑on Kubernetes, container orchestration, Docker, and cloud‑native apps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a hands‑on IC to support Platform Engineering & Operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmap of infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture, security posture, and developer experience.
