Reltio is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer/SME to own infra, security management, and services for its cloud platform. You’ll design IaC, automate deployments, and help scale MDM and related services with emphasis on DevSecOps and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Strong containerization and orchestration skills.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Scripting in Go, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or ArgoCD.
• Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration abilities.
• Security integration with DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage IaC using Crossplane, Terraform, and Helm.
• Collaborate to define platform requirements and priorities.
• Streamline software delivery for high-quality releases.
• Monitor and optimize DevOps tools for reliability and cost.
• Plan zero-downtime maintenance for Kubernetes fleets.
• Evaluate new tools and best practices for DevOps.
• Mentor junior platform engineers and foster growth.
• Guide integration with internal platform best practices.
• Collaborate with security teams to embed controls.
• Document designs and configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
• Eliminate toil through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
