GE Aerospace is seeking a Staff Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to build and operate the paved road of platform capabilities for product teams. You will implement and run the pipeline, shared services, and environments to ensure reliability and scalable delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on contribution, adherence to standards, and growth into deeper ownership while collaborating with senior engineers and leaders in a regulated aerospace context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional experience or Associate's with 7+ years or HS diploma with 9+ years.
• Minimum 3 years in Infrastructure & Platform Engineering or IT.
• Military experience counts as experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the golden-path pipeline, shared services, and environments.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code for provisioning and environment management.
• Participate in monitoring, alerting, and on-call rotation; respond to incidents and support post-incident problem solving.
• Help meet service-level objectives for platform services.
• Support product teams onboarding to the paved road and maintain documentation.
