Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of piping design experience for senior/staff level roles.
• Experience with high-temperature/high-pressure piping in industrial or power applications.
• Proficient in piping stress analysis, including thermal expansion and loads.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.3 and B31.1 codes.
• Experience developing piping layouts, P&IDs, drawings, and fabrication docs.

• Own the design, layout, and mechanical integration of PCS piping systems, including specifications, supports, expansion joints, and interfaces.
• Perform piping stress and structural analyses under thermal, vibration, and fatigue loading conditions.
• Evaluate piping loads on connected equipment such as turbomachinery and heat exchangers.
• Develop piping designs, calculations, specs, drawings, and documentation per ASME codes.
• Collaborate with other engineers to optimize piping configuration and system integration.
• Support procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting with suppliers and technicians.
