The Staff Physician delivers comprehensive primary care services to participants of AltaMed’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The provider plays a central role within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), ensuring high-quality, patient-centered, and regulatory-compliant care. Care delivery spans multiple settings, including the PACE center, participants’ homes, virtual consultations, and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The provider is responsible for managing a defined panel of participants, promoting wellness, preventing illness, and coordinating care with specialists and IDT members.
$237,078.40 - $296,337.60 annually. The salary range is subject to change based on budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations. The role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
