Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care in accordance with NYS guidelines and hospital policy, with supervision of PTAs, aides and students. The role emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered service.

Required B.S. in Physical Therapy, NYS license, and BLS; Master's degree preferred. Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm schedule with an hourly rate of $53.86 plus experience differential.

Formación

• B.S. in Physical Therapy is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate.

Responsabilidades

• Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment per NYS/PT guidelines and hospital policy.
• Provide daily clinical supervision to PTAs, Rehab Aides and students.
• Support team-based, customer-service oriented patient care.

Overview

Hourly rate - $53.86 plus Experience Differential

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Physical Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy.
• Provides daily clinical supervision to P.T.A.'s, Rehabilitation Aides and students.
• Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy Required.
• Master's Degree Preferred.
• New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate.
• Knowledge of General Therapeutic Equipment.
• General computer literacy.
• BLS Required.
