Job summary

PillPack, LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to help customers get medications easily and safely. You will perform clinical data reviews, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations in compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role includes end-to-end prescription fulfillment, handling automated and manual fills, packaging for shipment, inventory management, and collaboration with technicians and other pharmacists to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or PharmD required.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations governing patient care.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in your state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data review, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment with automated and manual fills.
• Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment, including refrigerated items.
• Maintain quality standards and safety protocols while meeting CPT and production targets.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other pharmacists to maintain efficient workflow.
• Complete daily operational tasks including processing returns and medication substitutions.
