Job summary

The Staff Pharmacist at Hephaestus Compounding Pharmacy is a leadership role located on-site at our Doral, FL facility. You will oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding in line with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with technicians and clinicians.

You will hire and supervise pharmacy staff, implement policies, monitor environmental controls, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement as the business expands its

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active Florida pharmacist license.
• On-site work required, 5 days weekly at the Doral facility.
• Experience launching and managing new pharmacy facilities.
• Experience overseeing sterile compounding and regulatory compliance (USP 795/797/800).

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP 795/797/800.
• Lead pharmacy technicians, hire/train, and ensure quality.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflow.
• Monitor ISO environmental controls and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory, vendor relations, and timely delivery.
