You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise bench shifts, coach the team, ensure compliance with state regulations, and uphold CVS Health's commitment to patient care.

Qualificações

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Coach staff and ensure timely feedback.
• Assist as primary pharmacist on duty when needed.
• Maintain safety procedures and workflow accuracy.
• Deliver immunizations and support pharmacy techs.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy rules.
• Support scheduling and team inclusivity.
• Keep clinical skills up to date with trainings.
• Provide clinical care including testing/prescribing when allowed.
• Maintain privacy and safety adhering to CVS policies.
