Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager.
• Dispense medications and counsel patients to ensure safe use.
• Immunize patients and administer vaccines where permitted.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, safety policies and patient privacy.
